NYC Mental Health Offerings for December 2025

Hi Friends,

As December gets well on its way, I’ve been thinking about how often we talk about “finding strength” like it’s some solo quest we’re supposed to master. And believe me, I know, there are times when we each have to find strength within ourselves. But the truth is, some of the strongest moments I’ve had this year came from the people around me. They were the ones who offered a soft place to land when I couldn’t quite hold everything together on my own. They lent me their ears, their time, and their care. And we were all made stronger because of it.

This month, I’m leaning into that idea: that strength doesn’t always come from digging deeper, but from allowing ourselves to be supported, seen, and held by our community. You are our community, and please know that for however long you need us, we will be there.

Wishing you all the best,

Veshonte & the IndieSpace Team
